Private Family Tour Along

We arranged a 10-day private tour along Japan’s Golden Route for a family of four. A dedicated English-speaking guide accompanied them throughout the journey, while private transportation allowed them to travel comfortably and at their own pace.
Their interest in Japanese history and traditional culture shaped the itinerary. They watched performances of traditional Japanese arts, tried matcha making, and explored Nishiki Market and the historic streets of Gion. The striking scenery of Arashiyama’s bamboo forest and the peaceful surroundings of Miyajima made a particularly strong impression on the family.
The journey also took them to Osaka Castle, Nara, Hakone, and Tokyo. In Hiroshima, they visited the Peace Memorial Museum and Peace Memorial Park, where they gained a deeper understanding of an important chapter in Japan’s modern history. We also selected a varied mix of Japanese and international restaurants based on the family’s preferences.

Creating More Than a Business Trip
When LOGOEUS, a global watch company, planned to bring together its international distributors in Japan, the goal extended far beyond meetings and sightseeing. The company wanted to reward its partners, strengthen relationships, and create an experience that participants would remember long after returning home
To ensure every guest received the same exceptional experience, the program was delivered in two consecutive groups, each welcoming around 70 participants. This approach allowed every traveler to enjoy a personalized journey while maintaining seamless logistics and a consistently high standard of service throughout the program.
Showcasing the Best of Japan
The itinerary was thoughtfully designed to balance modern attractions, cultural discovery, relaxation, and opportunities for networking.
Guests stepped into the immersive world of teamLab Planets, where art, technology, and imagination blended into an unforgettable interactive experience. They explored Tokyo's vibrant neighborhoods like Ginza and Kabukicho, discovered the city's unique mix of tradition and innovation, and enjoyed free time to experience Japan's renowned shopping and culinary scene.
The journey then continued to the scenic region of Hakone, where breathtaking landscapes, views of Mount Fuji, peaceful lakes, and traditional Japanese hospitality offered a refreshing contrast to the energy of Tokyo. The itinerary also included visits to popular attractions around the region, giving participants a deeper appreciation of Japan's natural beauty and cultural heritage.
A Night to Remember
One of the highlights of the program was a beautifully organized Gala Dinner, bringing together distributors and company representatives for an evening of celebration, recognition, and connection.
From venue selection and event coordination to transportation, guest management, entertainment, and on-site support, Nozomi Japan managed every detail behind the scenes, allowing the client and guests to fully enjoy the occasion. The evening became more than just a formal event; it was a celebration of achievements, partnerships, and shared success.

Working with one of our trusted international partners, we organized a 10-day educational tour that combined learning with plenty of opportunities for fun and cultural exchange. The journey began in Tokyo, where the students visited some of the city's best-known sights and learned about Japan's history and culture. One of the highlights was a visit to the Origami Museum, where they met an origami master and watched beautiful folding demonstrations.
The educational side of the tour continued with visits to the Kobe Earthquake Memorial Museum and the Panasonic Eco Technology Center in Hyogo. Here, the students learned how Japan prepares for natural disasters and discovered the country's advanced recycling technologies and commitment to sustainability.
Finally, no school trip would be complete without some fun. The group spent an exciting day at Universal Studios Japan and enjoyed shopping in Osaka before returning home with lasting memories of Japan.

About Japan FAQs
Japan is beautiful year-round, but spring (March–May) for cherry blossoms and autumn (September–November) for fall foliage are the most popular times. Summer offers festivals and fireworks, while winter brings skiing and illuminations.
Japan uses the Japanese Yen (JPY, ¥). While Japan is increasingly cashless in cities, many smaller establishments, temples, and rural areas still prefer cash. We recommend carrying some yen at all times.
Yes, you can exchange currency at international airports, banks, and post offices. ATMs at 7-Eleven, Japan Post, and major convenience stores also accept most foreign cards. Exchange rates are generally fair at these locations.
The Shinkansen (bullet train) is the fastest and most efficient way to travel between cities. For shorter distances, local trains and subways are excellent. The Japan Rail Pass offers unlimited Shinkansen travel and is ideal for multi-city itineraries.
We recommend at least 10–14 days to experience Japan's highlights: Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Osaka, and surrounding areas. For a deeper exploration including Tohoku, Kyushu, or Hokkaido, 2–3 weeks is ideal.
